Convex Legal is a Wellington-based general practice law firm supporting individuals and business owners with property, business and life planning. We are not litigators, but for the legal work that accompanies building a business and a life, we provide considered, experienced guidance.
Our property work spans first homes through to subsequent family homes, rental portfolios, commercial property and subdivisions. For business, we advise on buying and selling, commercial contracts, terms of trade, shareholder agreements, company structuring and leases. Our life planning service covers wills, powers of attorney, relationship property agreements, family trusts and estate planning.
